Printing Analysis ReportsHere you can generate a report for an Item, for example an “Item Physical Components with Property” report. Select the item using smart search. Select the report type using the drop down box and select ‘Print’. Standard varieties of report are: CLP Hazard Contribution by Component Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the CLP Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the CLP Hazards of the Item, looking at each Component in turn. CLP Hazard Contribution by Property Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the CLP Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the CLP Hazards of the Item, looking at each CLP Hazard in turn. CLP Hazard Contribution by Property Sources Report – Shows the CLP Hazards of an Item, down to regulatory component level, and includes total percentage and TFV by relevant hazard class. In each relevant hazard class, it gives the components which contribute to the hazards, the sources of the components, the percentage and TFV. This can be useful to determine all the sources of CLP relevant properties and highlight which has the highest contribution. GHS Hazard Contribution by Component Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the GHS Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the GHS Hazards of the Item, looking at each Component in turn. GHS Hazard Contribution by Property Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the GHS Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the GHS Hazards of the Item, looking at each GHS Hazard in turn. GHS Hazard Contribution by Property Sources Report – Shows the GHS Hazards of an Item, down to regulatory component level, and includes total percentage and TFV by relevant hazard class. In each relevant hazard class, it gives the components which contribute to the hazards, the sources of the components, the percentage and TFV. This can be useful to determine all the sources of GHS relevant properties and highlight which has the highest contribution. IFRA Hazard Contribution by Component Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the IFRA Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the IFRA Hazards of the Item, looking at each Component in turn. IFRA Hazard Contribution by Property Report – Shows Components of an Item which contribute to the IFRA Hazards of that Item and their contributions to the IFRA Hazards of the Item, looking at each IFRA Hazard in turn IFRA Hazard Contribution by Property Sources Report – Shows the IFRA Limits of an Item, down to regulatory component level, and includes total percentage and TFV by each IFRA Class. In each class, it gives the components which contribute to the limit, the sources of the components, the percentage and TFV. This can be useful to determine all the sources of IFRA relevant components and highlight which has the highest contribution. Item Banded Physical Composition Report – Shows the Chemical Names of Component Items in the Physical Composition of an Item. Item Banded Regulatory Composition Report – Shows the Chemical Names of Component Items in the Regulatory Composition of an Item. Item Chemical Composition Report – Shows the Chemicals in the Regulatory Composition of an Item. Item Physical Components with Property Report – Shows the physical components of a formulation with the property specified. Item Physical Components with Property Sources Report – Shows the physical components of a formulation with the property specified, and where the components originate (e.g. if within a sub formulation). Item Physical Components with Property Value Report – Shows the physical components of a formulation with the property specified and the value of the property. This is useful to report e.g. a physical, regulatory or technical property of each of the components of a formulation. You can use it to report any property, which includes lists of properties e.g. allergens present, H statements etc. Item Physical Components without Property Report – Shows the physical components of a formulation without the property specified. Also lists the concentration. Item Physical Components without Property Sources Report – Shows the physical components of a formulation without the property specified, and where the component came from (component source). It also lists the concentrations of the different sources. Item Property Contribution Report – Shows each component present with the property specified, with the property value, TFV and Equivalent Limit. This can be useful to see e.g. The IFRA Category 3 limits of components in a formulation, or to report the allergens present in a formulation. Item Property Contribution Sources Report – Shows each component present with the property specified and includes the source of the property (which item it was found in). Item Regulatory Components with Property Report – Shows those components present which have the property specified. Also lists the concentration. Item Regulatory Components with Property Sources Report – Shows those components with the specified property and where the component came from (component source). It also lists the concentrations of the different sources. This can be useful to determine all the sources of a specified property and highlight which has the highest contribution. Item Regulatory Components with Property Value Report – Shows the regulatory components and percentage present, with the value of the specified property. Item Regulatory Components without Property Report – Shows the regulatory components of a formulation without the property specified. Also lists the concentration. Item Regulatory Components without Property Sources Report – Shows the regulatory components of a formulation without the property specified, and where the component came from (component source). It also lists the concentrations of the different sources. Item Sources Report – Shows all regulatory and physical components, their sources and concentrations. Further Information: Analysis reports are often used for internal reports for illustrating complex information about Items. They can be made customer friendly by selecting the Company and entering cross reference information. It is possible to design further analysis reports using the Reports and Analysis functions. Additionally, the CDT has very useful reporting features, through the ability to customise columns. |
