Adding TO details to a Document

Process for adding TO details to a Document

  1. Go to Manage Document Content
  2. In Document Design select document e.g ‘CLP Annex II SDS’
  3. Click Add New Content
  4. Enter Code ‘bottomCompany.’ followed by the Code for the TO e.g. ‘bottomCompany.FORMPAK’
  5. Enter the Name and Address into the Content as a single line
  6. Click Save
  7. Go to Manage Document Requirements for Party
  8. In Party enter the TO
  9. Click Add
  10. Select Document Type e.g ‘CLP Annex II SDS’
  11. In the Sender box select the TO
  12. Click Save

When printing a document, select the relevant TO
